Senior Capstone

This is my final project I worked on at Adrian College, my senior capstone project. This project’s location is in Santa Rosa Florida, more specifically Grayton beach area. This is a family home with two kids, two parents, and a mother in law. It is a one floor home with ADA features for the mother in law. One design focus for this project was sustainability so everything from the paint to the toilets is eco-friendly. Another design focus was having an open, airy, and beach feel to this home which was done through lots of blues, creams, and browns, as well as different materials that keep that beach vibe strong throughout the home.
